Measurements are available upon request. Sizing is best estimated by the seller. Due to the nature of preowned items the tags of many - especially vintage ones - do not reflect the true size or fit of the product. Any undisclosed tear, rip or defect that isn't easily repaired and impacts the integrity of the product to be used as intended or clear misrepresentation warrants an immediate refund. Stains or discoloring are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Customers have three days after the delivery of an item to report an issue. Otherwise, all sales are considered final. In the event that a buyer does not want a product that is not eligible for a refund, we encourage them to list their item for sale on the site.

In the event that a customer qualifies for a refund and the seller opts for the item to be returned, the seller of the item will reimburse the customer for the shipping costs to return the item. If the seller does not reimburse the seller, funds will be removed from their pending payout or deducted from a future payout.
